A large High Street Pay-to-play plc operator wanted to offer their customers the opportunity to play the same Bingo games that were offered across traditional, commercial, destination Bingo venues, but without the constraint of session times.
A continuous Bingo offer would give customers the flexibility to play all day, or dip in and out as they chose. This would help increase dwell time in the arcade but would need to do so with a minimum impact on staffing levels and budgets.
At same time, it was equally important that the prizes would offer the same attraction and value as the destination venues.
We developed Bingo Plus. A continuous, digital Bingo product, that pools liquidity from multiple High Street operators which can be played from early morning, right through until late in the evening.
Because of the way it is designed and operated, it is extremely labour efficient. It works across a continuous link, with one dedicated “calling” site. Bingo Plus is integrated with TiTo systems, so even pay-outs can be managed without the need for increased staffing levels. An existing staff can continue to concentrate their efforts on delivering great customer service, whilst you offer customers increased choices of game to play.
Since development, Bingo Plus installs have been financed in numerous ways, from outright capex purchase, full revenue share or a mixture of the two.
