£21,000 – £23,000 per annum (progression to CRM with increased salary)

Hours: 8am – 4.30pm Mon-Fri (Plus 1 weekend in 7)

Leisure Electronics are a rapidly expanding company in the leisure and entertainment industry based in Hull. We manufacture and provide support for all of our bespoke equipment and are expanding into new sectors. We are looking for an individual with technical support experience to join our team to continue providing excellent customer support but also add their own skills and perspective to the team.

The Role

  • Working within a team to manage inbound and outbound call activity.
  • Capturing correct and accurate information and inputting onto the company software.
  • Undertake full technical product training.
  • To confidently demonstrate a working knowledge of company products to enable resolution to applicable situations, using remote support software with the view to minimize engineer call outs.
  • Take full ownership of the call and undertake relevant tasks to complete the customer’s requirements fully.
  • Adhere to the call escalation procedure to ensure that an excellent level of service is offered to customers
  • Work to service level agreement targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical experience
  • Experience of using computer-based systems
  • Able to enter Data correctly and accurately

  • Numerate and literate.
